This is the Abominable Snowman Limited Edition Keychain.  These keychains were available exclusively at CVS Pharmacy as part of the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer promotions during the 1999 Christmas Season.  Brand New and never removed from packaging.  A great gift for any collector.
